The Anson Park Seniors community consists of 80 patio homes for seniors 55 and over. The community is located in northwest Abilene, one block off Old Anson Road and within one half mile of Interstate 20. There is a local bus stop on the corner, and the Sears Senior Center is within walking distance.

There are 56 large one bedroom units (787 sq. ft.) and 24 spacious two bedroom units (1250 sq. ft.) with walk-in closets. Each home is a single level with no stairs and many amenities including all kitchen appliances, pantry, washer-dryer connections, ceiling fans, ceramic tile floors in baths, laminate in living, kitchen and dining areas, and carpet in bedrooms. Most of the units will have handicap accessories. Each unit has an individual covered patio with storage.

Some special units are also available for the visually, hearing, physically, or mentally impaired. A social service director is on site to help all residents find a better quality of life within the Anson Park Seniors Community and beyond.
